Hi Bud, your plants are looking good. It's good to give some strong light at the beginning of flowering to slow the stretch. I like to give them strong light too, but I also give them cloudy days too. If your plants look like they have had too much light, just turn it down for a couple of days. Then turn it back up to what you think is best and if they react, just give them a couple of cloudy days to recuperate. The more light that hits the buds the bigger they will become, But .. yes don't burn them... Use Cloudy days... Chuck.

Yes, those leaves are "praying" upward which is typically a sign of light stress. Your Spider Farmer G4500 at 100% power and only 40cm away is very intense! I'd recommend either: 1. Raising the light to 50-60cm distance 2. Or dimming it to 70-80% power The leaves are trying to protect themselves from too much light intensity. A little bit of praying is okay, but when they fold up this much, it can slow growth. Try adjusting and monitor for 24-48 hours - they should relax if it was light stress. Good luck!
