Hi. Has Zamnesia scammed anyone else? I’m just curious whether others have experienced the same thing as I did — receiving an incomplete order and then getting no response to emails

This doesn’t seem normal from from Zamnesia. I would suggest either waiting 2 business days after your original email to see if you get a response. If not maybe rewrite your email. Maybe you included curse words or combative language. Maybe you forgot to include important information. Or it’s possible your email somehow got lost in the thick of everything I’m sure they probably get a lot of emails daily …

Everything iv ordered from them has arrived and quite quickly, usually within a week of placing the order. I can't comment on them answering emails as iv never had the need to email them. Perhaps send them another email stating the problem you have with the order again.
