It looks like you have a sh*tload of amber trichs so yes - do it asap - they will suck in more from the stem even after chopped

If you can't check the trichomes and you don't mind a push towards sedative cannabis like the strain suggests, you might be safely able to check in every day from now to see if the flowers bulk up a bit more. They are good to harvest however.

Not if you haven’t flush it with plain water during a minimum of 2 weeks. Which I doubt from looking picture 3/4 where I see lush green leaves full of nutrients. Harvest is an important part of the growth, the last step before drying un curing to get that smooth sweetness.

It's hard to tell without a microscope. Also the sugar leaves will mature before the buds will. So don't judge the trichomes based on the sugar leaves. But from what I can see in the pictures, I would say that you'd be okay to harvest whenever you'd like to do so. But maybe you can wait a week or so until you see some amber on the buds. That way you know for sure that she's reached maximum potency and will start to degrade shortly after. Best of luck

And I know what I'm looking for. You see, the trichomes, they're where the magic happens. They're not just for show. They're where all the potent compounds are found. And when they're getting close to harvest, they're transitioning. They're going from clear to cloudy, and then, just a little bit of amber. That's the sweet spot. That's when you get the maximum effect, the maximum flavor, the maximum everything. It's a very precise science, a very, very important timing. Some people, they rush it. They don't wait for the trichomes. And what do you get? You get something that's not as good. It's not as potent. It's not as beautiful. It's a shame, really. A big shame.
