If the air pump is spraying water because the valve is slightly open, I’d stop that. Seedlings don’t like wet leaves or constant splashing. You want bubbles and oxygen in the water, not mist hitting the plant.
When moving to DWC, it’s better to let the plant settle first. I’d run plain water (pH-adjusted) for the first 12–24 hours, then start nutrients very light.
For nutrients:
Use FloraMicro first, then Gro, then Bloom
Start at ¼ strength or less
RapidStart is fine, just a small dose
Keep water level just below the net pot so the roots reach down. Stable conditions matter more than feeding heavy right now.
