hey guys. this plants are 20 days old. Guava auto fast buds. Both of them are growing kind of twisting them selfs. The lighter green one is tacoing. The greener one is twisting it self. They seem much smaller than should. 23Celsius, 53%rh. 300W led. they were 50cm from led.

Yeah Buddy … for 20 days old autos, these girls do look stressed and undersized, and the twisting / tacoing is a big clue. Nothing catastrophic yet, but they’re definitely not cruising. I’ll break it down grower-to-grower, nice and practical. Main issue: Too much light (primary suspect) 300W LED at 50 cm on 20-day autos is very likely too intense, especially if it’s at high power. Signs pointing to light stress: • Tacoing / canoeing leaves • Twisting growth • Lighter green tops • Plants staying compact instead of stretching normally They’re not sick — they’re stressed. Back off the light, keep feeding light, and let the pots dry properly. Autos don’t like being pushed early.👉 Autos hate early stress. They don’t “recover later” like photos. ✅ Fix immediately: • Raise the light to 65–75 cm, or • Dim to ~60–70% power if possible • Target PPFD ~300–400 at this stage (not more) ⸻ Secondary issue: Nutrition slightly off The pale green one looks like: • Mild nitrogen deficiency, or • Roots not absorbing properly due to environment / watering Autos at 20 days should be: • Even green • Actively stacking nodes • No twisting ✅ Nutrition advice: • Keep EC low and steady (autos prefer less) • Avoid chasing deficiencies aggressively • If feeding: ¼–½ strength max Overfeeding + strong light = exactly this kind of twisted, unhappy look. ⸻ 💧 Possible contributor: Watering rhythm Very common with new growers. If roots are: • Always wet → oxygen stress → twisted growth • Always too dry → nutrient uptake issues ✅ Watering check: • Let pots dry properly between waterings • Lift the pot — it should feel light before watering again • No constant small sips Autos want wet → dry → wet, not wet all the time. ⸻ 🌡️ Environment looks mostly fine • 23°C ✅ good • 53% RH ✅ acceptable (could be slightly higher, 60% ideal) So environment isn’t the main culprit, light intensity is. They’re not sick, they’re stressed. Back off the light, keep feeding light, and let the pots dry properly. Autos don’t like being pushed early and please remember this is just my humble opinion please follow your instinct 👊

Hey growmie 🏻 At 20 days old they’re definitely a bit small, and the twisting + tacoing points more toward environment or light stress than genetics. A few things stand out: 300W LED at 50 cm can still be quite intense for young autos → tacoing is a classic sign of too much light. Twisting growth often comes from stress at the root zone (watering, pH, or early overfeeding). Your temp and RH are fine, but autos are sensitive early on. What I’d do: Raise the light to 60–70 cm or dim it if possible and watch new growth Double-check pH (especially if in coco or light soil) Make sure you’re not watering too often — let the pots dry slightly No heavy feeding yet If the new leaves come in normal, they’ll catch up quickly. Early stress can slow autos, but they usually recover once conditions are dialed in 🌱
