Hi, Definetly yes. From the Photo Shown I see that that various leaves are covering the buds — those Definetly need to be removed so your buds get Most possible light. Also in the lower right corner i see yellowing leaves… as you just entered flowering stage there is not enough Bloom fertilizer I guess… measure your EC and adjust. Good luck 🖖🏾👊
