Salam K0KA420! 👋 Welcome to the explosive world of Deep Water Culture (DWC), Habibi! Let's look at this through the lens of Modern Engineering so you never have to worry about those roots again! 1. The "Spaghetti" Phase (Tangling Roots): 🍝 In the very beginning, roots just drop straight down searching for water. But once they hit the nutrient solution and feel the air bubbles from your airstone, their behavior changes. Roots will actively grow toward the highest concentration of Dissolved Oxygen (DO). Because your airstone is pushing bubbles upwards and circulating the water, the roots weave together to create a massive 3D net (a "root mass" or cluster) to catch as much oxygen and nutrients as possible. This tangling is exactly what you want! 2. The Health Check: Color: Your roots look fantastic! They are a beautiful creamy white color, which means they are highly oxygenated. The Future: As @Green_claws mentioned, this is just the beginning. Very soon, that little tangle is going to turn into a giant, dense block of roots that takes up half the bucket! Your Engineering Protocol: Just make sure you keep your reservoir water temperatures cool (ideally around 18-20°C or 65-68°F). Cold water holds much more Dissolved Oxygen than warm water and prevents nasty bacteria (root rot) from forming. Keep those bubbles flowing and watch her explode! 🚀 Happy Growing! 💚

They are happy, that's nothing, wait for them to be a massive knot, won't take long
