Do they look ok 7/10 days to go

Left looks like not ready, far not ready, 10 days not enough. Second is the only one that ready from all your grow. In next grows use less nitrogen, some are heavily overfed and buds formed small because of that. I would give maybe even 3 weeks to most except second girl ( on the right side in photo )
