You can raise your PPFD to match your DLI when you were on a 18/6 cycle. I don’t see any deep purple stems, meaning light intensity is perfect and watering schedule as well. Just make sure to give them enough Nitrogen (8%-12%) to support the stretch during the first 3 weeks of 12/12 cycle and to stack enough stock passed the 4th week where roots will stop processing Nitrogen to focus on P-K, you will avoid the die-back (plants yellowing around week 5 of flowering). In week 5 of flowering, switch your cal/mag for mag/sulfur to increase overall yield.

I'd say they look ok, you may have removed a few to many leaves but they don't look overly stressed. I wouldn't worry about them looking pale under the grow light. If you take them out the tent I bet the leaves will look darker. I'd say what your doing is fine and carry on as you are. Also if you want to check your light intensity there is an app called photone, this uses the front camera on your phone to measure the ppfd.
