I wouldnt buy anything in a bottle to add to compost tea.I use Plant Success but thats to dust seeds, seedlings and roots when transplanting but I don't add them to my Tea.The options on the shelf are very limited.Great white must be the best but they have 20 strains max but theres thousands and a handful of soil out of your garden will contain far more.Theres over 1000.We know less than 5% of what happens in the soil.Check out my roots which are down to tea and kelp, theyre huge and the saying goes more roots more fruits. You want fresh worm castings and quality compost. You can collect microbes youyrself by placing cooked rice under a tree for a couple of days. They'll completely colonize a tub of rice in a couple of days.I use Worm Castings.Charge, meal worm frass.Humic Acid to feed them. The humic acid is far better than molasses. They'll eat that molasses in days.Bio Bizz sell Humic Acid.I'll try and get some compost in there as well.I was ripping a handfull of soil out of my pots last time during veg.24hrs after the tea you can see a mass of white furry roots on top of the soil/coco.It does die back as the surface is too dry for them but it gives you an idea of whats happening further down.

A basic aerated compost tea usually contains high-quality compost or worm castings, unsulfured molasses, and sometimes kelp meal or fish hydrolysate. The compost or worm castings provide beneficial microorganisms, molasses feeds and multiplies those microbes during aeration, kelp adds micronutrients and natural growth hormones, and fish hydrolysate supplies additional nutrients that help support plant growth and soil biology.
