Hey. I'm going to try to help you as best as I can, but I need more information. It's true that your plant is short for 1 month even if the genetics are bushy. There could be several factors at play. My immediate recommendation: Raise your lamp to 65 cm starting tonight. Keep the setting at 30% for now. Check your temperature: If the nights are cool (18°C), growth will stop completely. Aim for 24-26°C during the day. Let them breathe: Stop handling them or doing LST for 1 week to let them "grow" vertically. I hope I was able to help you. Have a good evening, and if you have any other questions, don't hesitate.

The lamp distant has No Value. What is the Light measurement at the Plant? if you don't have a meter, suggest getting one, can get an accurate one for 20 dollars, that goes on your phone. What is the PH of what your feeding it? What is your Light schedule? Is it an Auto? The more information your provide, the more accurate answer/help you will receive. Anything else is guessing.

Looks like you topped it............if so, it will grow wide not tall. 30% isn't much........should be at least 50%, if not more. Pot looks to be on the small side, which limits root development, which limits plant growth. Also, next time, fill your pots right up. Having the plant sitting below the rim means it misses out on a lot of reflected light, slowing growth.

At one month old it mainly needs more light, so gradually increase your SF G3000 from 30% to around 60–80% while keeping proper feeding and conditions to boost growth

Just grow bigger roots… Give it some roots enhancers, like Humic and Fulvic acids, mycorrhiza and trichoderma fungus.

Looks like maybe you over fed weeks ago.. Then gave only water and now there's either another excess nitrogen or you pH is off giving your twisted new growth
