Not revegging, but over leafy due to incorrect (over) feeding.
Strains like this require low, low feeding, otherwise they grow leaves at the expense of flower growth.
Pure Sativas basically need to be kept on the point of starvation and only require a moderate boost during flowering.
They can not be fed like your average modern hybrid.
"Ace Seeds" have a lot of useful info about growing and feeding Sativas on their website.
Personally, I would pull the pin on this plant, it does not look as though it is going to be worth the efffort.
It certainly does not look anything like the Grinspoon that I grew, or other Grinspoons that I have seen pictures of.
