After this time, something should be visible, but it doesn't have to be. Give it a bit more time and be patient. If after a few days there's still nothing to see, this seed will most likely not germinate.
This can happen and is completely normal. I usually plant several seeds and see which ones germinate or look the healthiest after 1-2 weeks and discard the rest.

You love your babies, but sometimes you have to let them go.

basically, a small white root should form within the first 12-36 hours for a germinated seed. see here:

Either you hope a bit that it will still sprout, or you start over, sorry 😑. That would at least be my approach; I once waited 1.5 weeks for germination and then gave up ^^
With an auto, you can also plant directly in soil or the actual pot about 0.5 - 1cm deep, a bit of soil on top and just a little water afterwards, and then a small mound should be visible within 2-3 days at the latest, with a little green head popping up. (but again, that's just my opinion and experience)
Last year, I also had huge problems with germinating seeds, and then I decided on lightly watered and warmed soil, and I had a 100% germination rate with all strains.
