Spider Farmer CO2 Sensor

Quick question to the community:
My Spider Farmer CO₂ sensor suddenly shows only 0 ppm.
Restarting, turning it off, unplugging and plugging it back in hasn't helped so far.
Has anyone had the same problem or knows what could be causing this?

Spiderfarmer Support actually responds relatively quickly.
They probably know more about their stuff than anyone here. 😜
When I had an issue, there was a quick and hassle-free replacement with a sufficient description and pictures/video.

Looks like broken hardware... Try removing the device and setting it up again if it's not recognized automatically...
