Da die Lady im ganzen sehr gut ausschaut, tippe ich auf Nährstoffbrand. Gibst du ihr zusätzlich Stickstoff? Hatte nämlich auch mal das gleiche Problem. Bei mir war es der Stickstoff in schuld.
Mit dem Düngen vielleicht ein paar Tage pausieren, zumindest weniger geben und beobachten.
Das wird schon wieder. 😉✌️

"Overall, she has a great bud! For your little brown spots, just check very closely that there is no stagnant moisture in the core of the buds. If the spots are only on the pistils, it's 100% normal. If you see mold (gray fuzz), that's a problem, but in your photos, it just looks like natural oxidation. Make sure you have good air circulation (extraction and fan) so that the flowers stay dry while they swell."
Your plant is magnificent, very green and vigorous. Pistils turning brown at this stage is exactly what you want to see. As long as the leaves around the buds don't turn suspiciously yellow, you can sleep easy! Have you checked your humidity level?
