Check out "Sweet Seeds", they list 14 different "red" strains, many with coloured trichomes.
I am sure that will have something to make you happy.
Apart from visual appeal, red trichomes do not offer anything special compared to "normal" trichomes.

Dead Rider Auto from Devine Seeds was very purple-red for me. The dry sift was pink-red.

Hey there,
There are definitely some strains that turn purple, but whether you can achieve that consistently, ideally with all trichomes being red, I can't say. You can promote it alongside the choice of strain by using other "stressors." Ice water, increased UV exposure, or over-lighting can make more red trichomes visible for UV protection.
But does that really work for a whole lady? I only know it to happen in spots...
