Honestly, you did exactly the right thing here. When the relative humidity inside the canopy hits 80-85%, you are practically begging for mold, bud rot, or powdery mildew to take over your tent. Heavy defoliation might look shocking to some people, but opening up that airflow and bringing down those microclimate humidity pockets is crucial for keeping the plants healthy, especially as you head deeper into the cycle. but no my friend 🤣 No hatred to have. When humidity reaches 85%, cutting leaves is the only logical decision if you don't want to end up with a moldy crop. It's an excellent environmental management reflex. But have you thought about a dehumidifier, it might have helped. good luck and good luck for the future.
