Where is the middle ground for harvest?

Flower day 53 2 plants Both 8-9 weeks flower (breeder). Temperatures in the tent probably stay under 28,5 C untill day 60. Than it’s supposed to get really hot (30c). Harvest before the heat or not? Is the heat or an “early” harvest more damaging for the terps and Quality?

Early harvest is more limiting to quality than heat.

I would stay cool and wait till the plant is finish how you like it. I think you got a good ventilation in your tent? On the way to the end you can turn down your led about 20% that will help you keep the temps lower and Save the terps 👍

Hey Gude Growmie, hot summer indoor up to 30°C with sufficient air circulation and exhaust, high temperatures are not a problem as long as there's enough water. You can also reduce the lamp's power to make it cooler! Because it's better to let it go for 7-10 days longer, especially at the end, you don't need to light it with max PPFD anymore. Or do you have problems with too high humidity? Because to ripen at the end, with good ventilation, it can also work with 50-55% RH as long as it's checked daily, because with 40-45% RH during the flowering stage at the end, you're safe regarding mold formation, but afterwards, drying the buds at 18°C and 60% RH works perfectly, and if you get a higher RH for 1-2 days at the end, nothing happens as long as the plant is healthy and strong. Greetings BlaKX

Heat isn’t really a problem until they have plenty enough water. Think about plants growing in the Moroccan desert .

Just play it by trichomes, light and heat can accelerate the ambering of trichomes, sometimes this means buds higher can often be ready a little sooner than lower, but it's not a fixed given. Depends on couple things. Just gpcis on your trichs and when they look ready, your main thing will be making sure there is no moisture in the critical final stage, if temps go above 77F the proliferation of bacteria is x10, very important you don't mix high temps with high moisture when buds are formed. Heat is a issue ofc but make especially sure its not too wet and hot.
