Check EC and pH levels of the soil. Give it some roots enhancers at this stage. Avoid watering too often.

It looks like it's been over watered quite a bit. That soil in the pictures look well wet to. Let the top layer dry out a bit, roots need oxygen to function, don't drown them. I've been also building an automated web app for similar questions, would you mind if I run your picture through it and see what it says?

It could be several things: * Soil with enough NPK, I recommend starting with a light mix; many times, less is more! A flowering soil doesn't sit well with baby plants! * pH not properly regulated to 6 during the rooting phase! Iron and micros get blocked, and the baby cannibalizes itself. * If you water with tap water, let the water sit with the cap open for 48 hours to evaporate the chlorine! Chlorine is a chemical disinfectant that wipes out the micro life. I hope this helps! Best regards! And I suggest: * If you use organic fertilizers, add micro life to the substrate with Great White! Do not use dolomite, it will INCREASE pH even further!
