Cotyledons are not important in the grand scheme of a plants life................however, a pH of 7.7, accoprding to your diary, is going to cause major issues................a pH of no more than 6.7 for soil and generally around 6.4 is considered as ideal for cannabis.

Check EC and pH levels of the soil. Give it some roots enhancers at this stage. Avoid watering too often.

It looks like it's been over watered quite a bit. That soil in the pictures look well wet to. Let the top layer dry out a bit, roots need oxygen to function, don't drown them. I've been also building an automated web app for similar questions, would you mind if I run your picture through it and see what it says?

I guess too much water. She needs to breathe, so let the soil dry a bit before watering again.
