When will I see my plant flowering?

Depends. What kind of plant do you have? If it's a photoperiod, you'll need to change the light cycle to trigger flowering (going down to 12h light / day)

if it is a photoperiodic strain, you have to switch light duration to 12 hours per day maximum. After switching you will see buds forming.....first the white pistol hairs, then later on the bud. Expect about 2 weeks of pistol hairs showing up, before blooming "really" starts

Hi Pearly, It could be possible that it is not a auto but a pheno. At week 7 they should already be showing signs (hairs). What is your growing schedule atm? are you still on a 18-6 grow? Please swap that over to a 12-12 grow. Maybe leave her one day in complete darkness to FORCE her.

From what I can see, it is still in vegetative growth, still needs a couple of weeks probably, is it an Autoflowering strain?

It’s flowering right now if you look close enough. Only about one or two days and maybe but you can see it, look for the little white hair if you don’t see what comes before that.
