Can anyone tell me the problem

This is a 30 days old runts auto from Barney temp 23-28 Water ph 6 Lights 100w at 24 inches turned down to 20 % does this grow looks fine do I need to make improvement?? One of the cotyledons dried up in a day just watered it before pic with 800 mL in a 5 gal pot
