Yes it is dying slowly. Being its a ruderalis hemp hybrid, your harvest will suffer because it will flower by age without your control. With a photoperiod drug plant, you could wait for it to recover, and flower it when you are ready, under your control. Sorry for your loss. Lesson learned. Auto hemp is not as great as the hype and marketing needed to sell it. Medium looks like something thats been soaked and dried completely, like when it's too dry and gone hydrophobic

she has some new growth there so i wouldnt say shes cooked but you do have some issues with your medium that is causing it to stunt and wither. i would go back and check you soil imputs and your ph. if there is to much in the soil it will be hot and will kill seedlings
