I may be wrong, but it looks like it didnt have enough light to begin with, hence the long stem. Now is being pounded with light and not enough nutrition to support it. In other words shes hungry and cant keep up with the light intensity. Leaves tacoing, tips folding up, and brown spots could be burns from light. You could start over, or use this as a learning experience. If you bring it back to health and keep it healthy, you'll learn more than starting over. Its a personal preference though. If weaker genetics, it may hermie from the stress it already has been through. At that point its kind of a loss anyway. If it were me and I was trying to bring her back, I would move the light up and continue to feed until she gets better. Then could try to bring the light back down. This is provided it is just a lack of food and not bad watering habits or wrong ph in the medium preventing uptake of nutes. A run off ph and ec test would rule that out. Just my thoughts. Best of luck! Happy Growing!

Day 30? Really need more information of what you've got there but I would just start over. They've had a very rough start to life

Honestly...............you would be better off starting again.............3 weeks without food is not a great start in life. These may recover, but it will probably take 3-4 weeks until they look decent. If you planted new seeds, in 3-4 weeks and with corect feeding, they will be out-performing the rescued ones anyhow. When growing in an "inert" substrate, you basically have to start feeding from day 1.
