Help with leaf problem

Greetings! Please share your ideas what is that leaf rust might be. Currently thorn between cal or mag deficency or overdose. Iam using biobizz and never gave a full recomended dose. My tap water is 180ppm so iam using RO water and add there CalMag aprox 1-2ml/L Thanks!
