Hey Bud... Just an idea... Taxi drivers... When ever we used to pull into a new town and wanted something.... We would take a few short taxi rides. Ask some taxi drivers... Maybe not the first one... but ask the ones you feel might know... And some will know... or even take you right there or phone someone to meet you. Feel them out... and be careful. Good Luck... Your on small island in the Mediterranean Sea… my best advice is to stay away from the local black market, particularly if you have no long established connection in the country… A good suggestion would be to start growing your own.
