What does this yellowing mean?

I think they may have been overwatered but I’m not sure I have let the soil dry out around 2 inches its in compost soil (added photo of the bag) with perlite around 20-30% I’m a first time grower with not a lot of knowledge

Hi!
I don't think there's anything seriously wrong with your plant.
Instead of watering more often, try keeping the humidity around 60–65%. That will reduce how quickly the plant loses moisture.
For watering, I'd rely more on the weight of the pot than the appearance of the soil. It really helps prevent overwatering. Let the soil dry out properly before watering again.

Your soil mix contains too many nutrients.
Change the soil, or else you’ll have to learn a lot of lessons the hard way.
The entire balance will be disrupted. Nutrient lockout will occur, and further damage will follow.
Toxins in cannabis pose a health risk.

very minimal nutrient deficiency, potassium and micronutrients might be the issue, as well as overwatering.. I would support the stem with a smaller stake because it looks quite thin.. basically, there isn't much problem with it if you pay attention to its watering.
