CSI Humboldt Chem 91 S1 – dauerhaft hängende Blätter und fleckige Aufhellungen

Does anyone know this permanently hanging growth of the CSI Humboldt Chem 91 S1? Is the genetics particularly sensitive to watering and fertilization, or does it look more like a problem with nutrient uptake? In the pictures, you can also see lightening of the edges?
