It honestly looks like overwatering but it looks like you are using coco so I'm not sure could be deficiency of some kind or salt build-up? Would need more information what you're feeding? Medium you're using? I hope they turn around for you though!

Well...theres not much info to go off exept the picture. But if you are rven asking if looks like overwater and you sre not in coco or full hydro then id lean towards over water. If u r in a soil substrate or soilless mix let your pots dry out to about half its satursted rate before watering. Add a lil perlite sbout 25% to your mix will help next time if your pots take more than a couple days to dry out. Judging by you having sooo much trellis up gor 2 lil girls tells me that you are new to the game. Which if im corrrct ususlly keads to a new person wanting to do the very best for the kids but that tends to doing a lil too much at times. Its hard not to leave them be at times. Keep ur humidity between 40-60% n temps in the liw 80s. They will take a coiple weeks to come hack if this is the issue. Good luck.
