Too much light or PH imbalance?

I dont know, something strange about the color, the spots on the leaves maybe? suggestions accepted. Maybe I need to add a fan ASAP, or let more air into the tent?
Dimmer is sset to 20% 25% , maybe I should give more light? or maybe less?

I don't like the way leaf edges are curling up - sign of a heat stress.
I think 10cm is too close, no matter how much you dimmed the light.
Pull it up to 50cm, don't change dim and see how your plant reacts.
If you want to deviate from the instructions given by the light manufacturer
you need to install Photone app (you'll have to pay for LED light) and measure Lux/PPFD.
Then you change light distance and dim until recommended 5000-7000 Lux for seedlings,
and monitor reaction of you plant. Do further adjustments when necessary.
Otherwise just stick to the numbers recommended by the light manufacturer, monitor reaction of your plant and do further adjustments.
I wouldn't worry about the color for now.

Need some advice for these seedlings - suspect it could be early cal-mag deficiency.
