Good morning... with 1.8m it's definitely photoperiodic... think positive, bigger yield and quality (in my opinion). It will only flower with the decrease in the number of light hours and close to 12h/12h...

OUTDOORS STARTED TO FLOWER 6-8 WEEKS!!! INDOORS FINISHED 70-77 DAYS OUTDOORS 90-120 DAYS!!!! WHEN GROWN OUTDOORS IN DA SUMMER AUTOFLOWERS TAKE LONGER!!!!! I KNOW DIS AS FACT!!!!!

I have seen a few 2 year long grow Diaries & I know people in Cali have like 8 foot giant plants. Auto iz refering to a plants response to lights, genetically bred. They are not ment to grow outdoors on sunshine and dey wait for that transition in da lighting schedule to trigger da flowering ''season''.

If it is more than six weeks old and there are no signs of flowering, it is highly unlikely that it is an auto-flower. Unfortunately, these things happen, especially with cheap "breeders". It should show signs of flowering by the end of the month if it is a healthy and genetically stable photoperiod plant.
