I suspect a nitrogen deficiency or a pH imbalance. I advise you to let it dry out completely. Adjust the pH next time you water. Continue using growth fertilizers during flowering.

If you have a Nitrogen source get that in the medium.not to much just so the plant doesn't use its stored Nitrogen from the lower leaves as seen here.gl
