Hi! I took a closer look at the picture. The main problem is definitely the lamp – it’s hanging way too close, and the heat is really doing it in.
You can really see how the leaves at the top are curling up at the edges (tacoing) to protect themselves from the light, and the tips are bleaching out. Since the metabolism is running at full power, it’s directly leading to a significant CalMag deficiency – that’s where all those rusty spots and yellow areas between the veins are coming from. Further down, it’s still much greener, which absolutely indicates light/heat stress.
You should raise the lamp by about 10–20 cm or dim it down a bit. Also, check the pH level and add some CalMag to the watering, then it should bounce back. But leave the burnt leaves on for now until it stabilizes.
