Overly aggresive wet dry cycle possibly or it could just be plain old starvation too. Asking too much for amount of root mass she has access too, A plant is either genetically expressing "growing" or "recycling" genes based on its nutrient starvation level in the medium. Constantly toggling between "growing" and "recycling" hormonal states creates a futile cycle that wastes valuable metabolic energy. Plants avoid this costly "flip-flopping" by using hierarchical master regulators (like the TOR and SnRK1 protein kinases) that act as strict molecular switches. These networks enforce cellular commitment to either growth or survival, preventing mixed signals. But like everything there are limits. Under nutrient-rich conditions, TOR promotes protein synthesis, cell division, and structural expansion. Under starvation, TOR is inhibited, and SnRK1 is activated. This triggers autophagy—where the plant breaks down old macromolecules and organelles to scavenge and reallocate essential nutrients to critical sinks. Risky to transplant from those rigid pots without damage/critical delay, if you know she has a strong root ball that filled the pot is one thing. If you attempt with moist soil it could very well all break apart. Try get it dry first. Last thing you want to do is apply too much stress during the hormonal flip, weird things can happen with gene expression. But done correctly it should be no problem. Gluck. Not so much pot is too small, it can still be done but similar to the has tank on a car, she can't make it to the end of the day. Gas tank too small. You just need to top it up more often with nutrients and make sure water flows not too fast or not too slow, that ec is not spiking from dry pots. Beautiful thing about fabric pots and airpots is you just pop them in a bigger one and roots grow through the bag.

Very much needs nitrogen, but the constant fluctuations of osmotic potential is destroying uptake and with greatly reduced water flow, comes a high cost for nutrient uptake, soil oversaturates, oxygen drops. Whatever was nearest to deficiency or was in high demand, plant starts to cannabalize itself, not because nitrogen is not in the medium but because no water movement = no nutrient uptake. Plant says screw this ill just eat my own old growth. Plain old starvation does and looks the same as ec spikes in alot ways, pretty easy to gauge whether or not you fed nitrogen, if you know its there....then its EC disruptions. pH or quick EC would fill in the blanks.

Hi mate the plant is asking for N.. I wouldnt do anything other than keep a close eye on her.. all the bottom leaves will be stripped of N and dropp off. Saves lollypopping basically. Keeping giving veg nutes for another week or 2 then over to bloom nutes
