She's a small plant but I see many that way on here, not sure why that's so, you have 2 - 300 watt LED's, somethings stunting these plants. Your other grow is more like it. I have no clue about Hydro growing let alone switching to cocoa or what but in your video at week 3, they are stressed, yellow leaf edges and tips. You have several grows at different stages in same pics and video under the White LSD diary. I'm old and old school and prefer not to make things difficult. Good luck

Its a quality issue. You deserve a refund.

Long term over feeding, especially with nitrogen, can cause excessive leaf growth at the expense of flower development. Otherwise, genetics determines everything.

You are not only feeding the plant nitrogen, its a master signaling molecule.

High levels of nitrogen skew floral development, with different forms of nitrogen and the ratios of both having a strong/varying effect depending on the ratio. High nitrogen in general is also a developmental cue that signals the plant to focus on vegetative gene expression rather than floral expression; it also generally dictates the bud-to-leaf ratio.
