Yes, you’re really getting into the harvest window. In the photo, it looks like a pretty good mix: a large part of the glandular heads are already milky, and you can start to see several amber trichomes scattered on the bracts. The stigmas are mostly rusty as well.
If you’re looking for a well-balanced effect with a good level of THC, you can go ahead and chop it. If you prefer a more narcotic or heavy hit, you can give it another 3 to 5 days to amber a bit more, but it’s definitely already at its peak.
