Hi, I have a 240 watt quantum board LED at 3500k and I don't know how much power to give my plants. Right now, I have them at 45cm with 70% power and this is how my plants are doing. Help please.

Those ladies are looking really healthy and vibrant as they settle into the early flowering stage! Bud Development: You have a strong cluster of fresh white pistils forming nicely at the main apical cola and upper node sites, indicating she is moving smoothly into bloom. Structure and Foliage: The fan leaves exhibit a rich, deep green color with a sturdy stem structure and clean symmetrical branching, showing great overall vigor. Leaf Tips: There is a very mild lightening at the tips of some of the newer upper leaves, which is common during rapid stretching phases as nutrient uptake peaks, but worth keeping a close eye on your EC and runoff. Environment: The setup inside the reflective tent looks clean and well-managed, with your environmental monitor right on hand to keep metrics dialed in. You could up the power even more over the time, it is as you please. Use the extra temprature together with the humidity to reach your wanted VPD. At this stage i would want to have her around 1.2-1.4 Have fun growing!

Filling those pots would be a game changer.. right to the top.. you can see the lower leaves on the left one suffering with the micro climate created in the top of the pot. Your asking for wpm or other nasties..

It's up to the plants.. I would leave at that hight and go too 100% and if she's happy after a week drop a few inch and so on.. reducing lights to the end. GL

They look good, bro. I think you can gradually lower it to around 35 cm and even run it at full power. First, try 80% at 40 cm and slowly work your way up to 100%. If there are no signs of stress, I think you can lower it to around 35 cm as well.

Your plants look healthy. 70% of a 240W board at 45cm is strong for a small tent, and the pale lime tops hint it's near the upper limit. If you can, measure PPFD with a PAR app or meter. Aim for about 600-800 µmol in early flower and up to 900-1000 in mid flower if you run CO2-free and keep temps under 26°C. Without a meter, I'd keep 70% and lift the light 5 cm if the top leaves keep fading, and dim down if you see curling or bleached tips. Don't add power until the plants show they want it.

A beautiful good morning. Just take a look at my diary and you'll see what I'm doing with a 300-watt lamp. I can recommend lowering it to forty centimeters and setting it to full power, and later in the flowering stage even to 35 cm. That's my current setting with a 300-watt lamp, but I have a LightRail as well. Wishing you a nice Sunday and lots of success! 😋

Full power :) Distance is good, you can drop closer gradually if the tops of the flowers don't bleach after turning it up to max, but not closer than 30cm
