Small and leafy.3 out of 4 banana sherbet are leafy, and small after LST. They r 4 weeks old. The ph is always 6.5/6.4. Anything i can do?

Small,leafy plant after LST.Whats wrong with it. Banana sherbert from growers choice. 4 weeks old, runs on 4/20. Already adjusted the lights. Giving plagron root, basic food and enzym. Ph always is 6.5/6.4. Anything i can do to make up? Busy with extra cal/mag and nitrogen n27.
