2 out of 4 of my babies look like they have dried up and I honestly dont know what's wrong they are all in the same environment and 2 of them are thriving and 2 on the other hand look like they have been scorched which I dont understand because the other 2 are thriving, help?

I was getting probably due to salt build up/high EC run off but now everthing seems to be starting to I dont want to say burn but it's starting to look burnt I havent changed the distance of my light. Started off looking like a deficiency yellowing edges now they are white?
