Any idea what is wrong with the leaves? Seems to be scattered from the bottom to the top 1/3. 3 other plants in same environment don’t show any affects.

Just noticed that we have small gnat like creatures on our plant. They inhabit the leaves on the top 1/4 of the plant. We plant to harvest in a week or so. Intend to make Cbd tincture with the flowers. Any help i.d.ing these creatures and how to combat them would be appreciated.
