What may be causing leaf damage? Dried leaves feel like paper any ideas My leaves are dry and feel like paper and are being ate by something small and hardly able to tell if it's a speck of dirt dust or bug but they are being destroyed PLEASE HELP my first grow and I'm lost I can post all of my run offs off of each one if needed

Spots in and on leaf tips I have a couple of spots on a few leaves and on the tips of 2 plants I have turned the fan down to 1 oscillating and also raised the light. Is this light and wind burn or something else
