Plant looks light green/yellowish Is this some sort of defency, or is it pH imbalance? Plant is still growing tho?

I've used Guerilla Tabs as instructed from the box. it also says no need for PH up/down - but been doing it anyway in water. Grow is now in week 2, - healthy plants, but now i'm questioning if it might be hurtful to continue like this when i fert i 2 weeks time? Best Regards
