these ready? Help help1st grow! 2 strains. I got a little overzealous. I think I im almost ready to harvest. Feeding just PH water. How do they look, any suggestions on when it harvest, and should I just cut the main tops. Tons of under growth/buds

Bud questions? HELP HELPI have 2 strains. 1st grow ever. 1st pic I'm gonna post is my question. Does this look normal. Ready to harvest? Second pic is the other strain, they look totally different. All plants getting the same everything. Yalls input would be so appreciated! Thanks growers!

Leaves have spots, and plant is loosing colorHelp help! 1st plant was in a solo cup, and has a few little spots? I just moved it to a larger container. Second plant, I feel like it's way lighter in color than the others. Any ideas or advice would be so appreciated!! Spots on one, fading on the other! Thanks in advance!!!
