Yellow leafs purple stem (not genetics)Three of the older leafs are turning yellow with purple/brown stains in them, also their stems turned purple with no other stems being purple in the plant. Is this phosphorus deficiency or nitrogen deficiency? Already top dressed with worm castings and bat guano high on P and k.

Is this just genetics or deficiency/disease?Is this mottling some kind of deficiency or disease? or is it just a genetic variation? This Sour diesel had a two toned leaf at the 3rd node and had this mottling from the start.

Which manifolding method should I apply?Trying to choose manifolding method, I've read about Nebula method (growweedeasy.com) and watched Lucky 75's method on youtube, so should I top it three times to get 8 colas or twice and heavely defoliate like Lucky.
