Flushing in cocoHow do I flush a 3 week old plants grown in coco/perlite mix. It seems like I got nutrient lockout Does the water need to be PH balanced or regular tap water( tap water sits at 7.5) and I grow them in 12L pots I hope flushing won't hurt there little roots

Tip turned yellow and crispCan someone help me please. I just found out the tip of my leaves turned yellow and crisp why is this happening? I feed them ph balanced water with calmag every other day then given it 1/4 dose grow nutes last week. I don't understand why this has happened.
