Soil settled in the potI have auto flowers for a first grow. After about 4-5 weeks, The dirt has settled a few inches below the top of the 3 gallon pots (obviously didn’t pack it well enough). Should I just leave it as it is, transplant, or?

Doing something wrong?As this is my first grow, I’m just curious if I’m doing something wrong. These are both the same strain but aren’t growing the same. Why do they look so different? The plant in the second pic didn’t have any LST, the other did. Am I screwing something up?
