floraison lentehello it's been 4 weeks since my plants went into flowering, 14 weeks since germination, and I find that my buds aren't growing much and the filaments are already brown. I have an EC of 1.4 and 50% humidity. I have a 15-minute watering cycle every hour. Where's the problem?

PROBLEME D'ECHello, I'm growing Amnesia Kush in hydroponics and my leaves are small and yellow, and they're curling in on themselves. I think this is due to the EC level. What EC level do you recommend for this variety (in the vegetative phase of 3 weeks)? Thanks!
