@Aguyfromtt, yes i soak 12-18 hrs in glass of water, then paper towel til tap root is about 1/2-3/4 inches long then into soil.. i use a heating mat at 75 degrees also..but can put it on an electronic device thats warm even..if not a decent temp it can take a little longer is all..

Did u wait for a tail to pop before u sowed into the soil? I soaked a WW for 72, tail emerged, sowed into soil on the 9th, impatiently patiently waiting to see her break ground.
