The "tech" I use is only a cheap zigbee sensor - of which I have several around the house - connected to a Raspberry Pi4.
But I do LOVE my cre.science FLUXShield LED in combination with the 30 bucks Uni-T LUX sensor that a free app turns into a PPDF-Meter: https://www.migrolight.com/cheap-par-meter-hack-use-a-lux-meter-to-measure-par-accurately/
It is a lot of fun knowing that this allows me to grow my self-sufficient stash with roughly 50W of solar power - pretty much for free.
