Hey man, so I think your problem is that you are overfeeding. If your information is correct I think you're feeding full strength as per maufacturers recommended dosage but with autoflowers you should always start at a 1/4 strength and slowly increase as needed depending on strain and growth. It's hard to tell by your picture's but your baby should be much more developed at this stage. If I had to guess, you're experiencing nute lock hence the slow growth and bud development. Your plant is getting fed big girl quantity but mostly all stems not much leaves or buds so maybe ask grow question so the more experienced growers could help you but it wouldn't hurt to decrease your nutes by half and then plain ph'd water.
