Try to keep most off them during veg, your plant will recover quicker from the toppings, reducing your overall growing time, when your all set for 12/12 you can trim alot off them, veg them for a few days to recover and go flower. Then in week 2-3 of flower: defoliation of fan leaves and popcorn buddz (lollipopping )
